BWP FOUNDATION

BWP Foundation invites filmmakers and artists of all disciplines to apply for funds to either complete or initiate original creative works, including, but not limited to, the field of documentary filmmaking, narrative storytelling in print and/or film and video, and journalism.

Grant applications will be reviewed by the board of directors annually. Requests can be made for $500 to $50,000 with substantiated project budget and distribution plans. BWP reserves the right to forgo granting any money if an appropriate proposal is not received. Artists can apply at any time. If a project is selected, monies will be granted and paid before December 31 of the year of selection taking into account production schedules.
